The material is not too thick, not too thin which is what I love about these gloves. They are just right that I can move my fingers around freely and not worry about them interfering with my activities. Nice gloves to save your fingers.

Great for protection while cutting
I'm very pleased with these.
I have knives that are extremely sharp.The first time I used them, I cut open two of my fingers. The representative that sold them to me suggested cutting gloves. When I received the gloves, I took one of the knives and pulled it over the glove. Glove had no damage. Now, I don't touch a knife without the gloves.
