How long before my order is shipped?

We ship most orders in 1-3 business days, depending on stock levels. The exception being Electrical Gloves due to certification. We use all major mail carriers to ship orders, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS (United States Postal Service). Depending on conditions, we reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice. Please use the “Special Instructions” box during checkout to indicate whether you have a delivery deadline. We can only assure delivery times on orders using Expedited Shipping. Shipping costs are actual, real-time costs based on the shipping method.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most international locations and U.S. Territories. See the “Help” tab at the top of the Home page for more details.

Can I cancel my Order?

You can cancel your order provided you are logged into your account.

What is a Keystone Thumb?

We are famous for our “Keystone Thumb” feature, especially with our cotton and nylon gloves, for a more comfortable and ergonomic fit, unlike cheaply made 2-piece cotton gloves. This glove feature may not seem to be particularly important or may be taken for granted, but a Keystone Thumb feature is very important if you want the gloves to be comfortable, offer better dexterity, have a more natural fit, be more form-fitting to your hand, and “ergonomically” fit the user. To identify a Keystone Thumb glove model, look for the thumb piece being made separately and set into and sewn into the palm of the glove.

Can I get the Case quantity discount on mixed sizes?

Yes, you can get case pricing on mixed sizes. Simply order a Case of one size and indicate in the Special Instruction note during checkout the size mix, as long as they meet the case quantity.
