Great cold weather coated work glove
These gloves were recommended to me by a friend and I have found them to be the perfect cold weather work glove with nice dexterity for those of us who work outdoors up north. Very comfortable, too, for wearing all day.

Best Winter Work Gloves
I've tested these gloves myself and find that they meet all the criteria for people who work outdoors in cold environments. They are very nimble and have high dexterity compared to other thermal gloves. The grip is very good as well and they are also waterproof which is an additional benefit.
